Our Commercial Service Centre (CSC) was officially launched in September 2004 to enhance customer service and to provide our corporate customers with a one-stop centralised customer enquiry line. We handle corporate inquiries and requests ranging from general product/banking/account information to specific transaction investigation and basic support for our Corporate Internet Banking facilities.
