Marc is responsible for the product platform on which all investor solutions are built. In particular, Marc has responsibility over the Bank's Investment Strategy, Research, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Trading Advisory, Wealth Planning and Trust Services. In February 2013, he was also appointed as OCBC Bank's Head of Group Wealth Products. In this new role, Marc will spearhead the creation of a centralized knowledge hub for wealth management products across the OCBC Group, as well as provide consistent investment views for wealth advisory across various client segments. Starting his career in retail banking at ING Belgium in 1993, Marc subsequently moved to private banking and became the country's commercial director. In 2003, Marc was appointed to the Executive Committee of ING Luxembourg, where he was in charge of retail, private banking and asset management. Marc went on to join ING Asia Private Bank (now known as Bank of Singapore) in January 2009. Marc graduated with an Economics and Business Administration degree from the University of Brussels and holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Richard Jerram is Chief Economist for Bank of Singapore where he is responsible for analysing and forecasting global macro developments, as well as being a key member of the investment committee. He joined Bank of Singapore in June 2011.
Richard has been working as an economist for over two decades, initially in Tokyo during the late 1980s bubble, followed by a period running Asia-Pacific forecasting for the Economist Intelligence Unit in London and then studying for a doctorate at the LSE. He returned to Japan with ING Securities in 1996, which was acquired by Macquarie Securities in 2004. In 2009, Richard was appointed Head of Asian Economics and was based in Singapore.
Richard has a BSc from University College London and an MSc and PhD from the London School of Economics. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Teh oversees the overall management and direction of the Company and its Funds. He started his career in the mid 1990s, in the corporate finance before moving to the stockbroking industry in both Singapore and Malaysia, and subsequently into investment management. His investment and fund management experience extends globally as he managed developed market funds when he was with the fund management division of a Singapore government owned entity. He also managed portfolios while with an investment outfit based in Canada. Upon his return to Malaysia in 2006, Teh joined Pacific Mutual as the assistant general manager of the Investment department, and was promoted to the Head of Equities one-and-a-half years later. He left Pacific Mutual in 2011 to head the entire stockbroking division of an investment bank. A year later, Teh joined a leading foreign insurance player in Malaysia as the head of investments (director). On 15 July 2015, Teh rejoined Pacific Mutual as its Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
