Declarations and Agreement by the Introducer:
(References to the “Bank” shall mean OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad)

  1. I hereby confirm that the above details are true, correct, accurate and up-to-date.
  2. I have voluntarily provided my personal data [as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”)] to the Bank and I provide consent for the Bank to process my personal data in connection with my participation in the iQ Member-Get-Member Programme (“Programme”) organised by the Bank. I have read the Bank’s Privacy Policy posted at the Bank’s website and confirm that I have been notified vide the Privacy Policy that :
       (a) the Bank may collect or verify my personal data with third party sources;
       (b) the purposes for which my personal data is collected by the Bank;
       (c) my right to access and correct my personal data;
       (d) the class of third parties to whom the Bank may disclose my personal data;
       (e) the choices and means for limiting the processing of my personal data;
       (f) to update my personal data as soon as there are any changes; and
       (g) the Bank’s contact details if I wish to make inquiries or give feedback.
  3. I represent and warrant that in collecting and processing the personal data of the Company’s contact person(s), I have fully complied with the data protection requirements of the Act. In particular, I have obtained consent from the contact person(s) to disclose their personal data to the Bank.
  4. I shall indemnify the Bank for any breach of the Act which renders the Bank liable for any fines, penalties, damages, costs or expenses.

Terms and conditions
 
1. This programme is only open to existing OCBC iQ@work customers holding an iQ Account (“Introducer”).
2. Introducers may participate in this programme by introducing to OCBC new customers (“Referred Individuals”) who shall each open an iQ Basic Account within 30 days from the date the names of respective Referred Individuals are submitted. Basic Salary accounts do not qualify for this programme.
3. There is no restriction on the number of new customers that an Introducer may introduce to OCBC Bank and earn the corresponding cash reward subject always to fulfillment of the terms and conditions. All cash rewards will be credited into the Introducer’s iQ account 2 months after the Referred Individuals open the iQ Basic Account. If the Referred Individuals closes the account or opens the account without any deposit before the payout of the cash reward, the cash reward will be forfeited.
4. The introducer will only receive cash rewards for submission of referrals online. Submission of referrals via iQ Manager or other sources will not be eligible for the cash reward.
5. The introducer must obtain consent from the Referred Individuals to submit their names and telephone numbers to OCBC Bank.
