    Note:

    • You may refer here for list of participants' account structure.
    • For credit card payment to AEON services, please select Citibank.
    • With effect from 16 December 2016, The Royal Bank of Scotland Berhad (RBS) will cease its IBG operations in Malaysia and hence you will no longer be able to send funds to RBS via IBG.
    • Effective 9th April 2018, you can make Funds Transfer to Bangkok Bank Berhad via Interbank GIRO (IBG).
    • For Funds Transfer/Loan Payment to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad, kindly input beneficiary account number from 3rd digit onwards.
    • For Al-Rajhi Bank (M) Berhad Charge Cards payment only.
    • For Maybank, credit card payment is meant for Maybank Credit Card & Maybank Amex Credit Card.
    • For Ambank, credit card payment is meant for Ambank & MBF Credit Cards.
    • Customers of the participating financial institutions may also transfer funds from their accounts to the other participating financial institutions, including OCBC Bank.
    • For Public Bank/Public Finance Loan Account/HP repayment, please enter 10 digit Account No. followed by 5 digit Note ID No.
    • Bank Rakyat accepts Personal loan / Housing loan & other loans (except Ar-Rahnu / Az-Zahad)

    *Under normal circumstances

    • Applicable for all IBG payments and funds transfer to current accounts and savings accounts.
    • For loan and credit card payments initiated up to and including 5.00pm on same Business Days, funds will be available in the beneficiary's account before 12 midnight on the same day.
    • For future dated transfer via OCBC Internet and Mobile Banking, the funds will be available in the beneficiary's account by 11am on the business day of the future date as specified by the customer.
  • Steps to Conduct IBG via Internet Banking

    IBG Transfer to Registered Beneficiary

    1. Log on to https://internet.ocbc.com.my/internet-banking/ with ID and Password
    2. Click on "Payment & transfer > Transfer funds".
    3. Select option "Make a transfer to another bank account in Malaysia"
    4. Enter the required details of your transfer (i.e Amount, Recipient's Reference and Other Payment Details)
    5. Select "Transfer Now > Interbank GIRO (IBG)"
    6. Select your account to transfer from.
    7. Click "Next" after agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.
    8. Confirm the Beneficiary Information
    9. Verify the details and click "Submit".
    10. Check your transaction history within 2 working days for rejections, if there is any.
  • Guidance to Recipient's Reference & Other Payment Details

    Recipient's Reference (Mandatory): A reference to your recipient, which can be your invoice/bill no, insurance policy no, car registration no, etc. This reference appears in payee's statement.

    Other Payment Details (Optional): Describe the purpose or other info related to your payment (eg. Jan 14 loan payment). This appears in payee's statement.
