    Application:
    1. Assigned Corporate Travel Code: KULN002 (Travel code must be shown on all tickets purchased. Appointed Agent (viz Orient Escape Travel Sdn Bhd, Corporate Information Travel & Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd) must enter the Corporate Travel Code in the “Tour Code box” of the ticket.)
    2. Valid on Qatar Airways flight number and on Qatar Airways document (157) only. Codeshare flights (operated by airlines other than Qatar Airways) are excluded.
    3. All bookings and ticketing must be made through:-

    4. For journey commencing from KLIA (ex-KUL.)
    5. Qatar Airways will not be responsible if unable to operate flights in an event of “force majeure”.

    Fare Rules:
    1. All taxes and surcharges are to be borne by cardholders.
    2. Exclusions:
      • Booking classes: O, I, N, X, G, T, W, V
      • Fare categories: Tactical fares, other Discounted/Promotional fares.
      • Fare types: Diplomat discount, Interline discount, Agent discount, Children and Infant.
    3. Other reservation and ticketing conditions as per fare rules loaded in the GDS system.
    4. Open-jaw is permittedv as per fare rules in the GDS system.
